Frederick C. Dolt is a leader in Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, and Products Liability Law, with a 40 year history of pursuing legal recourse for Kentucky victims. He is a member of many organizations, including the American Board of Trial Advocates, Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.


Tyler S. Thompson

Tyler S. Thompson practices graduated from the University of Louisville in 1986 and since practiced various areas of personal injury litigation in the state of Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys (Secretary) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, among other prestigious organizations.


Liz J. Shepherd

Liz J. Shepherd graduated from the University of Louisville Law School and was admitted to the Kentucky and U.S. District Court in 1991. She is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American Bar Associations, Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys (Board of Governors), and the Young Lawyers Association.


Martin H. Kinney, Jr.

Martin H. Kinney, Jr. graduated from Indiana University Law School in 1985 and practices Professional Liability, Railroad Accidents and Injuries, Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), and Insurance Bad Faith law, among other personal injury arenas. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Kentucky Academy of Trial Lawyers.
